In the presence of the Minister of Transport, Airbus inaugurated a new assembly line A321 in Blagnac, on a site that already employs 1,400 employees.
Airbus inaugurates on Monday, June 15, the second assembly line of its best-seller the A321 in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). A pace increase made possible thanks to the former production site of the A380, the largest airliner in the world whose manufacture stopped in 2021.
This state-of-the-art line is expected to contribute to the European aviation giant's goal of producing between 70 and 75 medium-haul aircraft per month in 2027.
