Airbus chairman sees ‘strong indications’ an emboldened Putin is mobilizing forces to attack NATO’s eastern flank

Putin may seize the moment to build a land bridge known as the Suwałki Gap that links Russia's enclave of Kaliningrad to its client state of Belarus.

Interim President Ilie Bolojan stated on Thursday that it is possible that in the coming period there will be discussions about a numerical increase in NATO forces on the Eastern Flank, this decision will most likely be made after the NATO Summit in June.

NATO is vulnerable - not only in the Baltics. Putin has a second option to beat the military alliance.
