In the generative AI market, a polarization of consumption has been observed, with the top 1% of users accounting for approximately 20% of total revenue. High-spending users consume high-performance services to improve work efficiency, and companies are strengthening strategies to segment the market with high-priced plans and low-cost advertising models to meet this demand.
While the number of users of generative AI is rapidly increasing, an analysis has revealed that actual spending is concentrated among a small number of high-spending users.
