Greenpeace is relieved, Natuurmonumenten speaks of ‘a breakthrough’, and business associations are also positive about the nitrogen package presented by Minister Jaimi van Essen (Agriculture). There is hope regarding nature restoration and the issuance of permits. Except among farmers.
