He was supposed to be gaining scout proficiency, but he died in a lake at night. Following the death of 15-year-old Dominik, the state and scouting organizations are taking action – on the one hand, inspections, on the other, conscience examinations.

The ZHR authorities have already met with the Minister of Education, Barbara Nowacka. "We will take into account the conclusions raised during this meeting," assured ZHR Chairwoman Anna Malinowska. She announced that an internal audit is also underway, the conclusions of which will be consulted more widely.
