At the heart of its Encounter of Entrepreneurs of France (REF), the Medef has chosen this year to make its members' voices heard through a massive and unprecedented consultation. Nearly 66,000 company leaders participated. Among the priorities they wish to see animated the presidential debate: the reduction of taxation, the simplification of standards and the return of confidence in policies.
"A patriotic entrepreneur in the Pantheon would be a recognition that we too are key players in our country's success," argued Patrick Martin this Wednesday.
This year, eight months before the presidential election, the annual meeting of the Medef takes on a particularly political dimension.
