After ACLU input, Brattleboro sticks with its own encampment policy

BRATTLEBORO — The Select Board formally adopted the town's encampment policy as is, after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Vermont proposed alternative ideas that included allowing camping on certain town-owned land if rules are followed.
