The debate about a possible recount of the German parliamentary elections is gaining momentum. After months of pressure from the Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) party, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) has also come out in favor of a full recount. This support comes as new counts have revealed thousands of additional votes for BSW, further narrowing the gap to the electoral threshold.
