N.Y. Gov. Hochul pardons 19 people convicted of crimes in New York
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Gov. Kathy Hochul announced pardons Friday for 19 people convicted of crimes that included homicide, robbery, burglary, drug dealing, theft, fraud and attempted arson. In consultation with the Clemency Advisory Panel, Hochul has made a total of 139 grants of clemency during her time in office, including 119 pardons and 20 commutations.
