A research team from the Center for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases (CIMUS) of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), led by researcher Yolanda Prezado, has found that proton therapy with minihaxes can make glioblastoma more vulnerable while preserving mechanisms related to neuronal function in the healthy brain.
