Adani group entities swap 86 lakh shares of Adani Enterprises in Rs 2,498 cr block deal

Recently, the Adani Group's promoter entities completed a significant exchange of 86 lakh shares of Adani Enterprises, worth Rs 2,498 crore via block deals. Adani Infra (India) Ltd and Adani Properties garnered noteworthy shares, while Infinite Trade and Investment Ltd divested an equivalent amount, cutting their ownership from 2.01 percent to 1.38 percent. Overall, the promoter shareholding in Adani Enterprises has shown a slight increase.
