- A judge set bail at $20,000 cash or $60,000 bond, and Blair was released following her arraignment. She is scheduled for her next court appearance on January 19, 2027.
- Separately, the FBI issued a summons regarding the alleged assaults aboard the aircraft, with the matter expected to be handled in federal court in Brooklyn. The investigation remains ongoing.
