‘Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7’ Confirms 2025 Release Date
- Activision Blizzard confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will launch later in 2025 following an announcement at Xbox Games Showcase 2025.
- The release follows the success of Black Ops 6, which debuted last October with the biggest launch in franchise history, leading to the decision for consecutive Black Ops titles.
- Taking place in the year 2035, more than four decades after the events of Black Ops 6, Black Ops 7 follows David Mason and his team as they confront a cunning adversary who exploits advanced technology and fear, all within a world teetering on the edge of conflict and disorder.
- The game stars Milo Ventimiglia as David Mason, Kiernan Shipka as Emma Kagan, and Michael Rooker reprising Mike Harper, with Treyarch and Raven developing and a full reveal planned for this summer.
- Black Ops 7 will release across last- and current-gen platforms including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and aims to deliver the full Call of Duty experience according to General Manager Matt Cox.
