Police Clear 'Active Incident' at Montague and Gaynor

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department responded Wednesday morning to what it called an “active incident” at the intersection of Gaynor and Montague Avenues. The agency later told News 2 that it was responding to a code enforcement situation where a person had refused to come out of a home on Nesbit Avenue. Police said the person eventually exited the home at around 11:40 a.m. No charges are expected.
