The province of Limburg should still appeal the construction of an industrial estate just across the border near Roermond, according to the Dutch-German action group Groen Grensland. Limburg initially stated its objection to the Javelin Park project, but reversed its decision after strong criticism from the German authorities involved. Groen Grensland argues that the decision was made without authorization and has filed an appeal.
