Acid Attacks in Saarbrücken! Man Sprays Corrosive Liquid in Cash Machines

SAARBRÜCKEN. Since April 2025, the city of Saarbrücken has been the scene of an unusual series of damage to property. A total of seven parking ticket and cashier machines in different parking spaces have been damaged by contamination with liquids containing acids or bases. The corrosive substance was obviously injected into the card entry and output shafts of the machines by means of a syringe.
