WILLIAMSPORT — The accused shooter in a Williamsport double homicide claims no legally admissible evidence was presented at his preliminary hearing that he committed the murders or that he was present when they occurred.Those claims are contained in an amended petition filed in Lycoming County court on behalf of Troy Bennett Bailey Sr., 58, of Williamsport, in support of his petition to have all 35 charges against him dismissed.
