The film producer, who worked on the films "Brice de Nice" and "OSS 117" was found dead in an accident that occurred on Monday 17 August in Les Deux-Sèvres, alongside his companion Mathilde Favier, figure of fashion and director of public relations at Dior.
The couple was killed on Monday around 4:00 PM on a departmental road in Airvault, in the northern part of the department. Their vehicle "collided with a truck traveling in the opposite direction while they were overtaking another vehicle," stated the deputy prosecutor of Niort, Nicolas Leclainche, who has opened an investigation for "involuntary manslaughter by a driver" to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
