Accident reconstruction set for Tuesday on Harlan bypass

Detectives with the Kentucky State Police Post 10 in Harlan will be reconstructing a collision tomorrow at 1 p.m. on the U.S. 421 bypass at the intersection of West Central Street. The Harlan City Fire Department will be assisting with traffic control and detours. Some traffic will be allowed through at times, then rerouted as needed, so a full closure is not expected. Please use caution in the area and plan for possible delays.
