Nitter is back, and X Corp has not said a word
Two weeks after X Corp’s lawyers demanded it disappear, Nitter is coming back. The open-source project posted a two-line notice on Monday saying it will continue, following legal advice. It did not say what that advice was. Nitter will continue to operate after receiving legal advice, while the public instance XCancel reappears and the project prepares an announcement about its future against X Corp's demands.
After consulting with his lawyers, Zedeus, creator and maintainer of Nitter, announced that the project will be resumed and the bodies will be operating again soon. Within a week, more details will be shared.
Stopped by Elon Musk's lawyers, the services allowing to consult X without account are reborn from their ashes, armed with new legal advice to continue the fight.
