ABN AMRO economists more pessimistic about economic growth due to levies
Economists at ABN AMRO have become more pessimistic about the economic growth of the Netherlands in 2025 following the announcement of new import duties in the United States. Where they previously expected 1.8 percent growth, they now assume 1.4 percent. The duties are higher and will come earlier than expected, write economists Aggie van Huisseling and Jan-Paul van de Kerke.
