Private Bus Flips After Collision with Car in Abbotsford
Police said four people were taken to hospital after a car and private bus collided, and investigators are reviewing the crash with provincial safety officials.
On Tuesday, a private bus and a car collided in Abbotsford, sending four people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries including the passenger vehicle driver and three bus passengers.
The crash occurred at Clearbrook Road and Austin Avenue at approximately 7:32 p.m., prompting authorities to close Clearbrook Road in both directions between Maclure Road and Blueridge Drive.
Investigation into the collision is being led by the Abbotsford Police Department with support from the Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement unit and WorkSafeBC.

Authorities are currently in the early stages of investigating the circumstances surrounding the late-night collision as they work to determine what caused the incident.
