"Abarelyo" Deportation Refusal Halved in Five Years; Focus on Kurds Who Repeatedly Apply for Refugee Status; Zero Illegal Residence Plan; "Immigrants" and Japanese

The new plan "Illegal Resident Zero Plan" announced by the Immigration Services Agency on the 23rd aims to halve the number of "deportation evaders" who refuse to be deported, among the approximately 70,000 illegal residents, in the next five and a half years. Some of the deportation evaders are "abare" (wild) until they are about to board a flight home.
