The Local Police of Ceuta have arrested a man, a resident of the city, accused of setting fire to a car in the Virgen de África industrial estate this Friday morning, according to sources from the Higher Prefecture of the National Police. This is one of 42 fires of tents, shacks and vehicles in one of the most violent nights recorded in Ceuta, according to EFE.
