A violent storm of rain and hail has crept this afternoon on the coast of the province of Barcelona, with the two Vallès, Barcelonès and Maresme as the most affected regions. According to Civil Protection, which has activated the Innot alert, the emergency telephone 112 has received a total of 234 calls until 20.30 h related to the heavy rains. The storm has burst over the capital around 18.45 hours and has increased intensely for about half an hour, surprising some pedestrians on the street and bathers on the beaches of the capital.
