The administrative court of Lyon cancelled, on Tuesday 29 September, the election of Mayor LFI Idir Boumertit, in Vénissieux, elected in the eastern suburb of the city of Vénissieux, in the city of Vénissieux, was the first to appear on current values.
Justice cancels the municipalities in Vénissieux, won by LFI with Idir Boumertit, after irregularities of domiciliation noted by the administrative court of Lyon.
In March, the municipalities in Vénissieux were cancelled by the administrative court in Lyon because of irregularities on the RN-UDR list. The RN leader was declared ineligible for two years.
