[Kadena] At approximately 1:20 p.m. on the 28th, a KC-135 aerial refueling tanker belonging to the U.S. military's Kadena Air Base made an emergency landing on the northern runway. It taxied to the parking area about 15 minutes later. The northern runway was closed for about 10 minutes for inspection. The cause of the trouble is unknown.
