A magistrate's court judge ruled that the "danger level was low" and released the suspect in the case of throwing a grenade into a residential building in Bat Yam - despite clear documentation of the act. The police filed an appeal and the district court extended his detention by 7 days. "They threw a grenade inside the building. It could have ended in a major incident," said one of the residents.
