Croatia was hit by a change in weather today. In some parts of the country, storms with heavy rain and wind have already caused inconvenience. Heavy rain was reported from Istria, while lightning reportedly struck a refinery in Rijeka, leaving it without electricity. Almost 100 millimeters of rain fell on the island of Rab, causing damage to several facilities, Croatian media reported.
