An FCI employee who was riding a bike died after being hit by a car that lost control. The deceased has been identified as PR Shabu (57) of Panathara, Kumbalangi, Kochi. The accident took place near the head office of the Nedumbassery Service Cooperative Bank on the Mekkad-Athani road at around 1 pm on Saturday.
