The drone video was taken with a daytime camera. The aircraft is approaching an F-16 parked on a shielded parking stand. The video cuts off at a short distance, leaving no doubt that the hit was a real one. However, much suggests that this was a mock-up. The main reason for this is the "aircraft's" air intake, which is flat on top and curves at right angles on the sides.
