A 'retail power center' breaks ground in fast-growing Gretna

The project is expected to create 1,200 permanent jobs and generate $30 million in annual sales tax revenue, the company said.

The development will have a half-mile of frontage along Highway 370 and be a 500,000-square-foot "retail power center," similar to Eagle Run Shopping Center in Omaha.
