The Supreme Court resolution confirming the validity of Karol Nawrocki's election as President of the Republic of Poland was published on Friday in the Journal of Laws. However, a note was added to the resolution stating that the case law of European tribunals does not allow the Supreme Court's panel in this case to be considered a "court established by law."
