HARDWICK – On August 7, at 12:13 p.m., Hardwick Police was dispatched to a car versus bicyclist accident on Central Street. The vehicle, a 2016 Jeep Latitude, operated by Alain Fradette, was heading up the hill and as he approached the corner three juveniles were coming down the hill and one of them on a bicycle was on his side of the road traveling at a high rate of speed.
