It has been learned that Gökhan Ercan, the CHP Izmit District Chairman, and Hamit İlker Ulusoy, a CHP Izmit Municipality Council Member, tested positive for drugs at the Forensic Medicine Institute as part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics and Economic Crimes Bureau, the drug tests administered at the Forensic Medicine Institute to CHP İzmit District Chairman Gökhan Ercan and İzmit Municipality CHP Council Member Hamit İlker Ulusoy came back positive.
