A new species Xiphidiogonus sinispinus sp. nov. is described and illustrated from Satara district, Maharashtra State. The new species belongs to tribe Polydrepanini (Family Paradoxosomatidae). The genus was established by Carl (1932) with three new species from Tamil Nadu state.
