The industrial building on West Wolfe Street, which was most recently the Artisan Packaging facility, could find a second life as an indoor recreation and sports complex after the city council approved a proposal Tuesday evening. The council also took steps toward a more permanent ban of Flock cameras in this city, as well as initiating an effort to bring passenger rail to Harrisonburg.
