The Ministry of Justice would thoroughly expand the possible means and methods of asset confiscation. Under a new bill, in certain cases, the assets of a person who did not commit a crime themselves but obtained them from a member of a criminal organization could be confiscated. The proposal also creates the possibility of seizing assets acquired through commercial damage to nature.
