The alleged aggressor, of Moroccan origin, agreed irregularly during the invasion of Ceuta and is already in a closed detention module.
The migrants themselves denounced him and beat him up in the 'mena' centre where he was next to the victims, in the neighbourhood of El Príncipe, before being arrested by the National Police.

The National Police has arrested a 17-year-old boy for sexually assaulting three girls in a youth centre in Ceuta, according to police sources to ABC. Both the arrested and the victims entered Spain during the avalanche at the end of July in which dozens of people entered the autonomous city.
