A met police officer serving in and around Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth has been dismissed without notice.
Sergeant Chris Allonby of the Met’s South West Command Unit was dismissed yesterday after a misconduct hearing. He was found guilty of coercive control, harassment, and multiple assaults on his former partner between 2018 and 2021, all off-duty. His actions were ruled gross misconduct, breaching professional standards. He is now barred from future police employment and related roles.
