Pilsen crime scene investigators have charged a 36-year-old man with theft, unauthorized use of another person's property, violence against an official, damage to another person's property, and obstruction of an official decision. According to Novinky, he first stole a car and then drove it into police officers who were trying to stop him. One of the officers then used a gun and shot the car several times.
