Position No. 5 of the Civil and Investigation Section of the Alzira Court of Instance has sent a man accused of attracting a woman through a false job offer and stabbing her in Carcaixent (Valencia) to pretrial detention, notified and without bail. The 44-year-old detainee is initially under investigation for an attempted murder offence, without prejudice to the fact that the qualification may be changed as the investigation progresses.
The Plaza Number 5 of the Civil and Investigation Section of the Court of Instance of Alzira, on duty, has sent to prison a man arrested for allegedly stabbing a woman a week ago in Carcaixent (Ribera Alta), with whom he stayed after offering her a false job offer to care for an elderly person.
