A legend, Gajser's old rival, returns to the ramp
The Motocross World Championship continues in Sardinia. Tim Gajser, who has won two of the previous three races this season, arrives on the Mediterranean island as the MXGP leader. Jan Pancar is also competing in Rioli Sardo. There will also be two returnees on the starting ramp: winner of a record 107 races Jeffrey Herlings, who is recovering from injury, and retired nine-time champion Antonio Cairoli, who replaces the injured Mattio Guadagnini.
