The decision was taken due to the fact that the application for enforcement against three female deputies who did not resign from office was withdrawn, and there is still another one that calls for the disqualification of five presidential candidates.
“The formality of a constitutional appeal submitted was simply fulfilled and on the basis of this compliance of formalities, they will review in substance,” said Saucedo.
