At around 1:05 p.m. on the 26th, a woman called 110 after witnessing a "German Shepherd with a collar wandering" on a road near the Uruma City Performing Arts Theater in Nakamine, Uruma City. According to the Uruma Police Station, the dog was a large black dog resembling a German Shepherd, and as of 9 p.m. that day, it had not been found. No one was injured. (Photo: Police car)
