A 68-year-old man from Kosovo drowned on Monday afternoon on the beach of Velipoja. The incident occurred at around 15:15, in the area of "Plazhit i Vogël". According to preliminary information from the Police, the victim, a Kosovar citizen with the initials S. B., 68 years old, is suspected of having suffered a cardiac arrest while bathing in the sea.
