Eikatsu Sakihara (65), former head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Okinawa Prefectural Police, won the individual competition at the Japan Veterans International Judo Tournament (20th Japan Masters Judo Tournament) held in Saitama Prefecture on the 20th and 21st. He also won the "Itsutsu no Kata" (five forms) competition, teaming up with his son, Eiyu (39), who is also a police officer, achieving a double victory.
