On Wednesday at 12:07 p.m. a flood watch was released by the National Weather Service valid from 2 p.m. until Thursday 1 a.m. for Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.The weather service says, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible."
