BEMIDJI — Community members gathered outside Bemidji City Hall on Friday afternoon to honor the legacy of Red Lake Nation's first tribal leader ahead of Roger A. Jourdain Day. The holiday is celebrated every year on July 27 by raising Red Lake's flag at city hall. Since Roger A.
