On Wednesday, a drunken man aboard a tractor sowed zizania in the Ardennes, near Rocroi. With 2 grams of alcohol in the blood, he first threatened his neighbour with death in order to take the wheel of his vehicle. The gendarmes seized his vehicle, which was taken by the impoundment on a semi-trailer.
